At Global Goods Home, we pride ourselves on delivering only the best – from our Christmas decor and home decor products to the way they reach you.
1. Processing Time
All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another when it’s shipped, with tracking details included where available.
During peak seasons (especially in the run-up to Christmas) or special product drops, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Times
Estimated transit times after your order has been shipped:
- UK Orders: 2–3 business days
- EU Orders: 3–4 business days
These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, local holidays, or peak volume periods. For time-sensitive Christmas decor, we recommend ordering as early as possible.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight/volume, and selected shipping service. Any available free-shipping thresholds or promotions will be clearly indicated at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link (where tracking is available for your chosen service), so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
5. Customs & Duties
For orders shipped outside your customs area, you may be responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or handling charges that may be applied once the order reaches its destination country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and must be paid by the recipient.
Customs policies vary widely, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information. We are not able to control or predict delays caused by customs procedures.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
We take extra care when packing our fragile decor items, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the outer packaging
- Photos of the damaged items
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your parcel, or if the package appears to be lost in transit, please reach out to us so we can investigate with the carrier.
